Some people think that how children and the young behave should be responsibility of parents, not schools and governments. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people say that parents are who in charge of how children and young people behave while others argue that this should be the responsibility of the government and schools who affect adolescence’s behaviour. In my opinion both of the parties should be accountable.

On the one hand, children are raised up by their children and somehow by genes or the ways parents behave will result in the young children’s style. Scientifically, the child will inherit partly  the gene combined by their parents, not solely  would this affect their apparance such as hair/eye color but also their behavior somewhat. Being surounded by their parrents in their early years would have a strong impact in the way the child see the world and contact with things around them. For instance, children may be introverted if in their early life they do not receive adaquate care from their parrents.

On the other hand,  when children reach their school age,  studying in school would add a big difference to their behaviour. Surounding by colleagues and teachers every day from moring to afternoon might change their style quicker than staying with their parrent only the evening. Because in this fast moving and modern world most of young parrents have to work hard and leave their children for schools or baby sisters. Besides, we are all living within a set of certain constitution and laws, the way we beave should be changed follow the standard set. In this case, the young people living in the same society have to understand these norms and apply them in their life.

In conclusion, I believe that parrents, schools or government should all be responsible for the youth’s behavior.
